To reset your password, click on “Account” on the drop down menu at the top of your screen. From there, click on the ‘Change Password’ option. Enter your current password first. Then enter your new password as instructed.

If you experience any technical issues, please log out, close the app, and log back in. If the problem persists, contact our customer support team with details about the issue, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
If you wish to delete your account, log in, go to the menu at the top of your screen and click on ‘Account’. From there, navigate to ‘My Membership’. Your membership will be listed. Click on ‘Cancel’ to delete your account. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed.
To update your account information, go to the menu at the top of your screen and click on ‘Account’. From there, you can update your personal details and change your password.
